A Judge has rejected the 5 Borough Bike Club and fellow plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction against the NYPD from enforcing the New Parade Permit Rules. The decision came Tuesday after consideration was postponed from last month.

The 5BBC lawsuit also asks for a permanent injunction and that request is still to be heard. The lawsuit had also asked for a temporary restraining order, which the court denied last month after the first hearing, and a preliminary injunction, which the court denied Tuesday.
