Time's Up had a lot of fun Sunday reclaiming bike lanes throughout the city. They unleashed the clown brigade on motor vehicles illegally parked in the bike lanes to draw attention to what the NYPD should be doing: enforcing laws that protect bicyclists, in particular, ticketing motorists who violate NYC Traffic Rules § 4-08(e).

There are also "hot" new videos of clown action, which are damn funny. The clowns issue fake tickets and taunt parked drivers till they clear the bike lane. No car escapes the keen eye of the clowns, not even the fearsome NYPD. Time's Up does this with some frequency. The next bike lane liberation is June 18th.
